1st. The website: “With You It’s Possible!”  has been developed in order to collect funds for projects or organisations that fight against the climate change.

 

2nd. The funds will be adressed to Xavier Caro Moreno, although the creation of a corporate body or a company must not be ruled out in the long run, in order for Xavier Caro Moreno not to be economically harmed.

 

3rd. Periodically, the scoreboard of the website will be updated, in order to show the amount of funds received.

 

4th. These funds will generate interests, which will be added to the donations, so that the amount will be bigger.

 

5th. The expenses generated by management, custody and taxes, as well as the website maintenance cost will be deducted from these donations.

 

6th. The aim is to reach the amount of 62.0000 million dollars. May this figure be reached, the whole amount will be donated to projects or organisations that fight against the climate change.

 

7th. The projects or organizations to which this money will go will be scrutinized by Xavier Caro Moreno before the deal has been carried out (or by somebody entrusted with this duty), advised, if necessary by experts in this field.

 

8th. The distribution of the funds will be carried out by Xavier Caro Moreno or somebody else entrusted with this duty.

 

9th. The trend of the donations will be examined on a year to year basis. Were the expenses and/or taxes be superior to donations made, the collecting of donations could be possibly interrupted.

 

10th. Would this moment come, the situation would be analised and the funds would go to projects or organisations that fight against the climate change. The project “With You It's Possible!” would have come to an end.
